Job description / Role
• To ensure smooth and efficient running of the organization by providing leadership in:
• All financial matters including but not limited to budget development, planning & reporting, managing accounts, payroll and financial reporting etc.
• All operations matter including sales, production, stores, estimation, purchase etc. and overseeing activities to ensure safe, and cost effective management.
• CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 10 + years. of experience with at least 4 years should be in GCC in managing finance and operations of a mid-size company preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Preparation and implementation of finance and operations strategies, policies, practices and internal controls etc.
• Provide financial management through reports and information to ensure sound financial and operational governance.
• Improve operational processes, information flow, business process and organization planning.
• Ability to manage a large team of people ( 100-150 people) with exceptional leadership skills.
• UAE D/L is preferred.
