Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer based in Dubai and they are hiring a Finance Ops Manager to spearhead their Accounting and Treasury function.

Client Details

Our client, one of the most renowned Real Estate Developer is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for their offices in Dubai to oversee their Accounting and Treasury Team.

Description

- Oversee and lead Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams to optimise financial processes
- Leverage experience in the real estate industry, including development, operational activities, leasing, and facilities management
- Manage both off-plan and completed projects in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Navigate and apply DLD, RERA, Escrow, and Mollak regulations effectively
- Handle General Ledger management and consolidate project entities and accounts accurately
- Drive the development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting frameworks
- Implement best practices in financial systems within the industry
- Utilise MS Office tools proficiently to support daily operations and reporting needs

- Master's /Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Chartered Accountant qualification is a MUST
- Big4 experience is a MUST
- 10-15 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry.
