Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role will specifically focus on working with investment research producers in the MESA region. Their main focus will be to support partnerships with new and existing research providers to set up, maintain, upgrade and train users on distribution feeds all whilst working to address bespoke requirements. They will help provide top level and front line technical support to our clients and help troubleshoot issues from inception to resolution.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior troubleshooting and analysis / resolution skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage and exceed clients' expectations for support
• Proven aptitude to learn complex technical and theoretical information quickly
• Experience managing and implementing projects independently
• Technical support experience
• Speaking Arabic will be an advantage.

Requirements

• Knowledge of any of the following financial applications: Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet, CapitalIQ, Morningstar Direct
• Understanding/experience with the financial research business content distribution systems
• Account management experience
• Familiarity with content management tools
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Fluency in an additional language is an added advantage

Salary: AED 13000
