BlackStone eIT is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated finance specialist/expert to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and support to various departments within the organization. You will help ensure effective financial planning and management, allowing us to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports that accurately reflect business performance and projections.
• Provide insights regarding budget management, cost control, and financial performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Monitor financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or a related role, with proven expertise in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the software industry and its financial operations is a plus.
