Position Title: Finance Supervisor – Accounts Payable
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: as per UAE labor law (visa, insurance and annual leave)

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation.

- Supervise a small team of AP Officers, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, compliance with internal controls and effective reconciliation of accounts and AP records
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing Accounts Payable procedures, leveraging digital tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Lead projects, coordinate with other teams for better business outcomes and manage tasks like invoice auditing, three-way matching and AP - related reconciliations.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, recommend process enhancements, and contribute to team success.

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an accounts payable team leader/supervisor where you have supervised and performance managed staff
- Preferably with Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially excel.
