Position Title: Finance Supervisor – Accounts Receivable
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Process invoices, resolve missed payments, update financial records and supervise a team to ensure accurate operations while adhering to policies and maintaining financial security.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, set job expectations, monitor contributions and implement performance appraisals while driving compliance with internal controls and company standards.
- Prepare and monitor accounts receivable budgets, forecast cash flows, analyze variances and oversee reconciliations and ledger maintenance using accounting software and tools.
- Identify and implement system and process improvements, stay updated on accounting standards (SFAS)

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or any related field
- At least 3 years as Finance Supervisor or Team leader - Accounts Receivable with familiarity in bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, forecasting and Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS)
- Must be knowledgeable in advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially excel.
