About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Ensure timely, monthly account closures, review trial balances, prepare GL schedules and variance analysis, manage intercompany loan balances, investments and bank reconciliations and oversee MIS reporting and budget uploads.
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and five-year financial plans while monitoring overhead costs and investment performance to support strategic objectives.
- Monitor and control cash flow, forecast financial needs, safeguard cash assets, establish banking relationships and prepare comprehensive treasury reports, including cash projections and credit reviews.
- Lead and motivate a team of accountants, liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient workflows and implement cash movement policies and controls to maintain financial stability.

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred)
- Proven experience in general ledger management and cash flow operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, cash management practices and internal controls.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role.

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
