Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a well-established and international hospitality chain, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking a Financial Advisor to the Board.
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Board, providing financial advice and recommendations. You may need to travel in this role. You will be based in their Corporate Office in Dubai.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining strong relationships with banks
- Conducting financial risk assessments as well as credit backgrounds
- Conducting business feasibility studies for loan applications
- Managing entire process of loan application process to approval stage
Requirements
- Background in banking, financial services or Big 4
- Excellent understanding of bank loan processes
- Strong analytical background
- Understanding of feasibility and hospitality industry
