Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a regional financial services client who have a portfolio of sector specific companies within their Group. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Analyst to be based in Abu Dhabi.
You will take ownership of all areas of reporting and budgeting operations across the entity, coupled with analytical reviews. The role will focus on all areas of consolidation of both financial accounts and management reports in alignment to IFRS based standards. You will also oversee areas of planning and financial analysis to support the business functions.
Functionally, this role will require a process review and development undertaking; whereby strong reporting controls can be introduced and rolled out across the business, ensuring accurate accounting and MIS related disciplines.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA based) with a strong compliance and governance background from ideally a Big Four environment. You should be able to demonstrate strong commercial and communication skills to deal with a corporate environment where stakeholder management is a critical aspect of the reporting line from both an accounting and decision support prospective.
