Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading oil and gas company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Budget and Reporting Team Lead you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytical support to the business and specifically the department to which assigned, review in detail the cost base of the department, understanding cost drivers, work schedules and impacts on in month and full year costs. Work with the department managers and ELT member; provide support in the collation of the annual budget and in year forecasts.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold a professional qualification e.g. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or MBA Finance or working towards a similar qualification. have 5+ years' experience in a similar role and similar sized organisation.
Oil and Gas experience is essential as is the use of Oracle, candidates must have the ability to understand the technical side of things on a high level to better assist the Business Manager. and have highly effective interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
