Financial Analyst

Job description / Role

We are now seeking an exceptional Finanical Analyst to join our award winning team based in our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible for assisting the Chief Treasury Officer with financial modelling, financial forecasting, adhoc internal financial reporting, operational planning and analysis, revenue-producing contract analysis and cost budgeting.

Paramount to success in this varied role will include:
• Building financial models and forecasts, reviewing contract financial models for reasonableness and creating project cost budgets.
• Ensure invoices for professional and reimbursable fees are recorded under proper project number.
• Assist the operating divisions with accounts receivable follow up, reporting and analysis.
• Assist with direct labor, direct cost and budget variance analysis.
• Ensure proper allocation of direct costs to projects.
• Performing adhoc reporting and analysis.
• Providing support function to Chief Treasury Officer.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that:
• You have a minimum of two years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
• Masters level qualification preferred.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Deltek Vision preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic is advantageous.
