Description

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and decision support to enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting complex financial analysis, valuations, and forecasting.
* Preparing financial reporting materials such as budget forecasts and quarterly reports.
* Supporting corporate development initiatives, including business planning, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
* Analyzing financial data to provide insights on trends, cost optimization, and risk assessment.
* Developing financial models, benchmarking, and process analysis to improve performance.
* Collaborating with senior management on financial strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
* Driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
* 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally with real estate or corporate finance exposure.
* Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Experience with Yardi or similar financial systems is preferred but not mandatory.
* Expertise in complex financial modeling and valuation.
* Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budget forecasting.
* Experience in conducting business studies, benchmarking, and process analysis.
* Industry background in residential development is a MUST.
