The business finance partner will be owning a wide variety of planning and analysis activities. This role acts as a finance partner to the Leadership team and support the healthy growth and financial operation. He/she delivers this through detailed financial modelling, driving business initiatives, and identifying/implementing key business indicators. Additional responsibilities include delivering cost and process improvements, performing reviews of forecast vs. actual variances, and communicating with management and peers’ business issues and demanding actions.

The candidate shall act as a finance business partner on variety of new programs and processes:
- Lead reviews as a Finance Partner.
- Create and build models to manage the entire spends to deliver the objectives for growth and profitability. Hold teams’ accountable for their designed KPIs for the plans.
- Launch and support the Investment framework for MENA.
- Support Decision Making Process:
- Deliver meaningful insight and practical recommendations, in addition to sound financial data analysis, to inform and influence business decisions.
- Deliver key financial reporting to senior management including spends, ROIs, performance by channels and category.
- Represent function in MBRs, QBRs with narrative on performance.
- Evaluation of Initiatives: Analyze various ‘initiatives’ agreed with Category, country teams. Identify and document learnings, bring them back to teams for better planning.
- Work on attribution model to allocate spends by channel to each Product line.
- Build processes and Tools
- Ensure smooth flow of information, metrics, and numbers amongst business teams.
- Build and automate dashboards, scorecards necessary to run the business and assess teams’ performance.
- Understand the inherent limitations of data and exercise judgment to make trade-offs between timeliness and accuracy of analysis and how to best synthesize findings
- Work side-by-side with product managers to influence new program requirements and business decisions.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of at least 5-7 years in Business Finance or Business Analytics.
- Ideal candidate from finance and analytics background; MBA is a plus.
- Some experience with managing a small team.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytic and communication skills, and have a passion for using data to drive business decisions. We are looking for a self-starter that attacks complex business problems with curiosity and dives deep to identify root causes. This individual thrives by providing data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable.
- Deriving business insights from large volumes of data using data mining tools including proficiency in SQL, Databases and other coding mechanisms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s or higher degree in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
