The key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst & Reporting will be to:
• Assessing the financial performance of all partners, concessionaires, retailers, licensees and F&B operators to understand actual performance vis a vis the budgeted
• Assist the Centralized Financial & Operational Support team within the Commercial department in monitoring and analyzing the financial performance and generating required reports for internal and external stakeholder

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct complex financial analyses of the actual financial performance vis a vis budgeted all partners, concessionaires, retailers, licensees and F&B operators
• Assessment of the key reasons behind the variance in financial performance, if any;
• Building models and conduct “what if” scenario analyses / financial performance projections, and assessment of impact on the overall revenue / cost budgets
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports upon request from management and business units
• Coordinate with the relevant departments and collect required information to conduct detailed financial performance analysis
• Review financial data provided and ensure that data provided / collected is as per the defined requirements
• Analyze financial performance related data and develop insights to support decision making
• Prepare detailed charts, tables, and spreadsheets, as needed, in support of a variety of financial analyses and special projects
• Design, maintain and modify reports as per the requirements of management, committees and end users
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
• Oversee the contract management and invoicing processes of F&B, Retail, General Concessionaire, Partners, and Retailers.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Finance/Accounting or relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience within similar roles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Able to manage change and cope with complex and ambiguous tasks
• Mega event experience preferred
• F&B, Retail, General Concessionaire, and Retailers experience is a strong-plus
• Post-graduation in the relevant field and accounting qualification certificate
