Job description / Role
The Company
Robert Half are currently working with a multinational based in Dubai that are looking for experienced Financial Controller with a commercial mind-set to join them
The Role
* Providing senior stakeholders with strategic and operational financial management information
* Assisting stakeholders with planning & budgeting
* Playing a key part in the development of business plans
* Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounting reports
* Implementing policies and procedures
* Monitoring of budgets and forecasts and making changes as required
* Responsibility for financial analysis, feasibility studies and investment appraisals
* Managing the finance function day to day
Requirements
The Candidate
Key Skills
* Western Qualified is essential - ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or CMA
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential
* A detailed knowledge of experience of M&A, analysis and due diligence reporting
Essential Experience
* Around 10 to 15 years of experience within similar roles
* 5 years previous experience within management positions
* Preparation of management accounts and non-financial KPIs.
* Preparation of complex financial models
* M&A, feasibility studies, investment appraisals
Additional Skills
* Communication and influencing
* Relationship-building
* Ability to be hands on
* Coaching/mentoring
Salary and Benefits
* 30 to 35k per month
