Job description / Role
• Oversee financial reporting in the company.
• Deliver analytical insights at the global level of the division he/she will be part of.
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis
• Review and analyse monthly closing,
• Prepare, update and analyze the annual budget,
• Develop consolidated management reports
• Organize the implementation of monthly budgeting analysis, assist in the completion of regular business performance follow-up
• Identify and manage "Best Practices" for the accounting, finance
• Ensuring IFRS standards are well implemented and applied
• Implement and enforce finance policies and procedures, tight controls and reporting system
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with Group policies
• Reconcile capex movements, and insure reconciliation with Operations department
• Supervise physical count of inventories and ensure its accuracy.
• Actively coordinate and maintain good relationship with external auditors
• Organize, review and timely submit various financial statements and financial analysis reports
Requirements
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (SAP).
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting
• ACCA or CA with minimum 5 year experience in one of the Big4
