Job description / Role
Our client is operating in the refractory materials industry and offers services from simple maintenance to industrial installations. With more than 25,000 products, the company provides the widest product range for the industry. The company has a production in four continents and supplies its products to more than 70 countries worldwide.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage financial tasks in the Middle East & India
- Financial Accounting, P&L control, business profitability
- Working capital and operating cash flow through existing/new controlling tools
- Follow-up meetings and discussion with commercial management
- Monthly financial reports, including monthly analysis
- Manage the budgeting process
- Support the management team with different analysis to enhance the business management
- Supervision of daily banking activities and ensure compliance with group guidelines
- Ensure working capital goals for accounts receivables and payables
- Ensure compliance to all financial and legal standards
- Reporting to VP Finance
Requirements
- Business related university degree or similar majoring in Finance
- Minimum of five years of working experience in Controlling/Accounting in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge about cost controlling and business controlling in a production environment
- Experience in treasury operations
- Excellent knowledge in MS-Office applications
- SAP R/3 CO/FI and IFRS skills are a must
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of a second European language is required
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Team player and proactive hands-on personality
