Position Title: Financial Data Analyst – Real Estate Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects

- Develop comprehensive financial models, conduct IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analyses, and perform variance analysis to evaluate project budgets versus actuals.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from ERP and project management systems.
- Design dashboards and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Monitor project costs, WIP, contractor invoicing, and procurement expenditures. Analyze material and labor cost trends to provide insights on profitability, budget risks, and cost optimization.

- Open to Indian nationals; 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE real estate or construction industry
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi) and BI/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
