Financial ERP Consultant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Financial ERP Consultant to act as a key bridge between Finance and IT, leading the implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial systems implementation, business process alignment, and stakeholder coordination. The ability to translate financial requirements into effective system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful ERP implementation and integration.
• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of Oracle or SAP financial modules, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Translate finance business needs into functional system specifications and technical requirements.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and asset management.
• Support change management, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption across finance teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
• Collaborate with real estate stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions support property development, asset management, and project finance requirements.

• Proven experience as a Financial ERP Consultant or similar role, with strong exposure to Oracle or SAP implementations.
• Solid understanding of finance processes, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience bridging Finance and IT teams in complex system implementation projects.
• Strong background in ERP system implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience in the real estate, property development, or construction sector is a strong advantage.
