Financial Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic insights to enhance our business performance. This role is crucial in guiding our financial decisions and ensuring the long-term growth of our organization in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage all financial aspects of the manufacturing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop cost-effective solutions and enhance productivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and build a strong finance team to improve efficiency and foster professional development.
- Act as the point of contact for external auditors and liaise with regulatory agencies as required.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA/CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.

Professional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations in the UAE.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, with a strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
