About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Drive the development and implementation of financial models, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and present key financial data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the budgeting process, monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting trends, variances and recommendations for improvement.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
