Our sister company is urgently looking for Financial Analyst for a leading Niche Perfumes company based in Dubai with retail stores across all emirates of UAE.
Job description
Financial Planning
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance.
• Routinely communicate financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics and support management team with data-driven analyses.
• Evaluate optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns to provide investment advice.
• Cooperate with all Divisions to develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
• Analyse the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
Financial Control
• Manage all finance and accounting operations (transactions, reporting and compliance) including supervising Finance team.
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems, suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, and Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Present high-level financial reporting of various units and ad hoc business performance analysis to Management.
• Examine and evaluate the cost-efficiency of each department and continuously improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
Requirements
• Knowledge in Weekly/bi-weekly cash flow review
• Knowledge in Monthly income statement and balance sheet review
• Knowledge in Quarterly working capital and other KPIs review
• Knowledge in Annual budget/forecast preparation and review
