Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a Financial Services Regulatory Associate to bolster its existing offering in Dubai. The firm would be interested in strong Common Law qualified candidates with international law firm experience, coming from a US, UK or Australian law firm, either in the region or looking to relocate.

The role will involve working closely with the partners in Dubai, in relation to a focus on a range of advisory and transactional work focussing on the banking, insurance, fintech and wealth management sectors. The role will have a UAE focus, working with the various regulatory bodies, etc. The work will focus on non-contentious matters and be varied, including regulatory, licensing, transactional and product development / distribution.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified solicitor with demonstrable financial services regulatory experience gained at a recognised law firm, either already in the UAE or internationally and looking to relocate. The financial services regulatory is a fast moving and developing area of law in the UAE so this is an interesting area to be involved with. Tax free, international law firm remuneration on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
