From small beginnings in 1945, JCB has become one of the top three manufacturers of construction equipment. Despite our scale, we’re still family-owned – and still expanding. Our growth has created an exciting opportunity in the Middle East: Financial Solutions Regional Manager.
In this varied role, you’ll establish retail finance solutions across the Middle East region. You’ll develop both short-term finance campaigns and longer-term financial products; structure deals with major corporate and government departments; and manage relationships with finance partners. It’s important that retail finance is deliverable at the point of sale, so you’ll also be training our sales teams as well as those of dealers. In some countries, the financing solution is via the dealer’s own internal funds. In these areas, you’ll work to improve take up and integration of retail finance schemes.
With the chance to select partners, develop solutions with dealers and take charge of the regional JCB Finance budget, this role will see you make full use of your skills.

Requirements
To join us, you’ll need relevant experience. You should have worked in asset finance lending to SMEs in the Middle East. This may have been for a bank, leasing company or captive finance company. Whatever your background, you’ll bring strong numerical and English language skills. You also bring a degree (or equivalent) and the drive to see projects through to completion. If you’re also organised and good with people, there could be a place for you in our talented Middle East team.
Please note that this role involves travel across the Middle East region.
