Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman to lead our finishing teams on site in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing finishing works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects within the construction industry. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional finishes that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate finishing work including plastering, painting, tiling, and other final treatments on construction projects.
- Ensure all finishing activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage and mentor finishing teams to optimize performance and productivity on site.
- Schedule work effectively to meet deadlines and maintain project timelines.
- Inspect work completed to guarantee quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, materials used, and workforce deployment.

- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent understanding of safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in construction or finishing trades is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
