Job description / Role
Finishing Manager - Luxury High-End - Caribbean - Permanent
Our client is large Contractor who is well respected throughout the Caribbean and renowned for building prestigious Condos and Villas within the West Indies. I am looking for a Luxury High-End Fishing Manager to work with their successful team within the Caribbean.
This is a critical role for my client as the standards are set to the highest level.
Requirements
- Currently or having worked on High-End Luxury Hotel/Condo experience
- Proven track record within the industry
- From a carpentry or similar trades background
- Caribbean or Overseas experience would be a preference
- If you are working on prestigious High-End Residential projects in the UK having no overseas experience, you will be considered
- Self motivated
- Well presented
- Attention to detail is a key skill for this position
- Able to provide 3 written and verbal references
You must have or be able to;
- Provide a valid passport
- Pass a full medical check
- Pass a criminal reference check
