Finishing Works Site Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Works Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all finishing works on site, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional final details that enhance the overall integrity and aesthetics of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works activities on site including plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, and other final detailing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout finishing stages.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on work progress, materials used, and any challenges encountered.
- Assist in procurement of finishing materials and verify their quality and suitability for the project.
- Provide technical guidance and support to finishing teams to optimize workmanship and efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in site engineering with a focus on finishing works within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing processes including plastering, painting, flooring, and ceiling works.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards applicable to finishing works in construction.
