Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Trainer to join our team. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to employees, clients, or partners on a wide range of technical topics, including software applications, systems, and best practices. This role involves creating and maintaining training materials, conducting classroom or virtual sessions, and ensuring the successful transfer of technical knowledge to diverse audiences.

- Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies
- Track and Report Training Progress
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
- Manage Learning Management Systems

- Promote a Positive Learning Environment
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in delivering training programs within the construction sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video conferencing tools, content creation software).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
