Fit-Out Director

Job description / Role

My client is one of the largest conglomerates in the Middle East currently involved on a number of exciting developments within Luxury Hospitality, Mixed-Use and Residential sectors.

As part of their continued development and growth, we have been exclusively appointed to recruit a key position within the business and assisting on other several key hires.

Their most pressing requirement is for a Fit-Out Director in Dubai to manage the Fit-Out department across various projects in the region. We are looking for candidates with proven track record and background in the same field. You must have experience working on Hospitality and Residential projects - Not location specific.

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years experience
- Qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering
- Post tender experience on luxury/high end Hospitality or Residential projects
- Knowledge/experience of MEP
- Able to manage Sub Contractors
