Fit-Out Manager

A leading facilities management and fit-out solutions provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fit-Out Manager to oversee and drive high-quality fit-out operations across diverse projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead from the front, manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the strategic growth of a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Fit Out Operations: Manage all aspects of high-quality Fit Out services across projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of direct and indirect reports, oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, staff training, and career development.
• Authority Coordination: Handle approvals, rejections, permits, and staff certifications; manage submissions and ensure compliance with regulations from authorities like DMCC, DEWA, DCD, etc.

• Significant experience in managing end-to-end fit-out operations, preferably within the UAE.
• Experience in handling approvals for projects within other free zones such as JAFZA, DIFC, TECOM IS A MUST
• In-depth understanding of regulatory bodies and processes (DMCC, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical expertise in Civil and MEP systems.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget control and ERP systems.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
