Fit-Out Project Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Project Engineer to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality control, compliance with design specifications, and timely project completion. The role involves supervising teams, managing materials, and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Minimize Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs), ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee material procurement, ensuring all materials meet approved specifications and quantities.
• Approve internal documents, including Inspection Requests, Submittals, and NCRs/SORs Closure Reports.
• Coordinate with engineers for material approvals, samples, and resolving technical matters.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and construction methods.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and Sharjah building regulations.
• Experience in Fit-Out Works is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is required.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
