Position Title: Fit-out Project Manager (Exterior Works)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences

- Manage and oversee all exterior works of luxury villas from planning to handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of external works.
- Monitor project progress, control costs, manage variations, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure HSE compliance, conduct regular site inspections, and maintain high-quality workmanship aligned with luxury standards.

- Open to Male Arabic and Asian Nationals, 50 years and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in fit-out or interior construction for luxury villa & high-end residential projects, with strong exposure to exterior works.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, consultants’ requirements, and authority approvals.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
