Job description / Role
We are currently working alongside a market leading Fit Out Project Management Consultancy who have continued to deliver key projects across the region. This demand has opened an exciting opportunity within their delivery team and they are now hiring an experienced Fit Out Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering challenging fit out projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various major projects and support the project wherever necessary from design stage, procurement, delivery and project completion. It’s a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a number of high profile projects with one of the region’s leading Project Management Consultancies.
The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in the high end Fit Out markets, ideally in the F&B /Commercial/Residential sectors and be familiar working with and managing a variety of different supply chain partners within the relevant market.
Requirements
Ideal candidate profile:
• 5 – 10 years Fit Out Project Management in the UAE
• Must have 5 years’ experience working for a PMC/ consultant/ Developer
• Ability to manage a multicultural workforce
• Proven track record delivery major fit out projects on time and within budget
