Job description / Role

Key tasks
• Will be responsible for safe, professional effective and quality functioning of fitness program carried out for hotels guest and Health Club Members]
• Suggest and Organize regular fitness related activities, events for guest enjoyments, Maintains professional safe and effective fitness procedure, programs and activities in the Fitness Centre. Provides a friendly and personalize welcome for the guest.
• Supervise and guide guest who are not familiar with the exercise equipment's and enforcing the General Safety Rules of the facilities to the guest in a friendly gesture.
• Supervise and assist the cleaning and maintenance of the fitness Centre ensuring standards are always met and equipment are in good condition.
• Helps the Department meets its Customer Satisfaction and Revenue target. Understand the entire club policies and able to operate the micros computer system for the billing of the services.

Requirements

Skills
• Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality

Professional experiences
• 3 to 5 years

Languages essential
• English

Essential and optional requirements
• To apply for this role you should have a Reps Accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer License.
• With at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role within a 5 star Hotel.
• Ideally be a well build, physically fit and trained. You should have immaculate personal presentation and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• You should have knowledge of up selling to maximize PT revenues and computer literacy.
• The ability to communicate fluently in English is a must. Degree in Hospitality and Fluency in another European language & Arabic is an added advantage.
