Job Description:
• Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of the facility’s members.
• Ensure staff provide high-quality services to members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize classes, workshops, and fitness challenges to engage members and improve participation.
• Develop strategies to increase member retention and attract new clients.

Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Minimum of 3 years in fitness industry
• Certification in a Group Fitness is highly beneficial
• Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role, especially within a gym or fitness center

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
