Responsibilities:
- Engage and connect with prospective gym members to understand their fitness goals and promote membership plans.
- Conduct tours of the fitness facility, highlighting the benefits and features to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage membership retention and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the fitness center.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any enquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in health, fitness, or related industries.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
