Italent is an innovative recruitment company in Dubai. We have been in existence for over 4 years and are looking to add another member to our team.
We have an award winning fixed fee recruitment product that is the first of its kind within the GCC and has over 200 existing accounts.
The role of flat fee sales manager is designed for a person who has full responsibility of the lifecycle of the product. You will find the customers, manage their recruitment campaigns and then work with that client moving forward for all of their hiring requirements.
You will be responsible for generating new business, as well as meeting and account managing the existing client base.
The ideal person will have experience within a target driven sales environment and will have spent at least 2 years within the GCC.
Our primary client base is SME companies, sales companies, financial services and real estate companies. Previous experience with these industries will be beneficial.
Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business for the flat fee recruitment product
• Actively seek out SME business and position our product to this market
• Book meetings and go and meet small business owners and sales businesses to discuss how our product can help them
• Manage the existing base of customers
• Network on a regular basis with events and networking groups
Requirements
• Will have worked within a target driven environment
• Has an interest in selling a business case and consulting
• Will have experience in setting appointments and doing face to face meetings
• Is not scared of making cold calls
• Is presentable
• Holds a valid UAE driving license
• Has at least 2 years sales experience in the GCC
• Is well networked and happy to attend networking events
