Fleet Coordinator Maintenance

Job description / Role

Schedule regular maintenance for all fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, etc.).

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.

Coordinate with workshops and vendors for vehicle repairs and breakdowns.

Ensure prompt resolution of vehicle issues to avoid operational disruptions.

Monitor warranty claims and manage service under warranty where applicable.

Ensure all vehicles meet legal, regulatory, and safety compliance standards.

Maintain up-to-date logs of vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing records.
