Fleet Driver Trainer

Job description / Role

Urgently require Fleet Driver Trainer with10+ years of driving experience with minimum 5 years of UAE experience to present both classroom based instruction and on the job driver training/coaching to all drivers, in a professional, safe, and timely manner consistent with the Company’s Policies, and Safety Procedures and in line with UAE traffic regulations.

Educate, train and orient new Drivers and current employees on procedures for proper inspection, defensive driving and safe operation of vehicles for collection, transport, Conduct new hire driver orientation and training, to include follow up driver training and annual re-validations.

Requirements

- Heavy Vehicle UAE Driving License
- Between 35-40 years’ old
- Good Communication Skills both in English and in Urdu/Hindi
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to counsel and instruct drivers in a professional manner and language
- Ability to demonstrate a recognized qualification enabling him to instruct, for example such as an ex RTA heavy vehicle driving instructor.
- Ability to read and comprehend varied written documents
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate heavy duty vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions
