Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a government entity is looking for a Fleet Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operating in support of the Logistics Manager to track and record all equipment delivered as part of the Program to facilitate accountability, quality assurance and to support operation and maintenance tracking.
• This position is also responsible for all vehicle fleet management and asset management.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• Fleet Management qualifications or Logistics & Warehousing qualifications;
• Project or Program Management qualifications or experience
• Experience in Asset management
• Excellent written and oral communication;
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively;
• Good knowledge of the proposed sites or ability to learn quickly;
• Previous experience in leading and managing a team;
• Knowledge on effective inventory control management techniques;
• Subject matter expert on best practices in warehouse management and distribution
