Fleet Supervisor - Ready Mix

Job description / Role

This Job opportunity is with a large ready mix company based in Dubai, UAE

As a Fleet Supervisor, you would be responsible for fleet supervision, transit mixers and pump equipment management. You would be in charge of managing, mixer drivers, pump staff and other employees. You would schedule and track transport vehicles. You would ensure departmental compliance with company policies and procedures. You would be responsible for maintaining records for fleet related documents.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of experience with ready mix industry. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field is a must. You must have a valid UAE Driver’s license (Light vehicle license).
