We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Nurse / ICU Nurse with a proven track record in senior nursing roles. This position combines medical expertise with leadership responsibilities, catering to critical care needs during air transport and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality medical care during air transport.
• Supervise and manage a team of nurses, ensuring efficient teamwork and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development.
• Ensure compliance with safety and medical protocols during operations.
• Assist in critical care settings, including ICU, NICU, or PICU environments.

Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years working in ICU/NICU/PICU (pediatric experience preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior position within hospitals or healthcare organizations.

Skills:
• Leadership and team management skills, including rostering.
• Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to business development.
• Computer skills

Travel Requirements:
• Preferably a candidate with a strong passport or with the ability to travel to the USA, Europe, and the UK without restrictions.

Language:
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Based in the UAE or GCC region.
• Open to candidates of any nationality, provided they meet the above requirements.
