Position Title: Floor Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage group in the Middle East

Job Description:
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly
- Manage restaurant staffs’ schedule
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to ensure proper standard of hygiene and sanitation compliance
- Check dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Monitor the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to South African, Latin American, and Eastern European nationals
- 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience on the same role
- Must have leadership and high communication skills
- Must have solid F&B experience
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
