What we are looking for: Floor Manager – Dolce & Gabbana

What you’ll do:
• Ensure that shop floor employees are properly trained and coached in customer service excellence
• Propose remedial action plan to RSM following mystery shopping results
• Facilitate resolution of Guest-related issues finding the best solution to satisfy Guests and preserve the interests of the Group (repairs, extra-discounts, damaged goods, exchanges, refunds, etc.)
• Provide weekly/monthly detailed feedback on store top line achievements to RSM to prepare monthly top line review
• Suggest action plan to improve store top line and gross margin within network of stores whenever required
• Motivate and align shop floor staff on objectives by performing weekly huddle in stores and adapt the weekly theme to business requirements.
• Analyze and understand retail KPI and use this data to improve performance.
• Provide relevant qualitative feedback to RSM to help prepare store top line budget (e.g. performance of brand, category, SKU and detailed information on historical sales and store customers)
• Act as the product champion and the link between back-office and the shop floor employees
• Make sure that stores are properly staffed and monitor that administrative responsibilities are assigned to one specific staff at all time
• Monitor that VM activities are executed in the different department
• Responsible of stock variance in stores along with stores supervisors
• Respect and maintain store inventory management standards.
• Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:
As a Floor Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that your team will maximize the commercial performance of their sections and deliver exceptional Guest Experience. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the establishment of a bridge between back-office and your Floor. Additionally, you will to conduct audits on a continuous basis and implement corrective solutions and actions through market studies, and the implementation of new original ideas. More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below.
• Previous experience of working in international, global companies with diverse audiences in a similar role.
• Great understanding of Luxury Retail, applied to the Fashion world and with international brands.
• Ability to lead, guide and inspire a team of talented sales professionals.
• A deep desire to provide 5 Star Guest Experience daily.
• Strong sense of duty and responsibility.
• Have high emotional intelligence and ability to understand cultural nuances.
• Ability to bring out the best of people.
• Excellent at collaborating.
