Position Title: Floor Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
The hiring company is one of the largest and fastest growing chain of renowned restaurants in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Operate the outlet efficiently within cost control
• Manage, schedule and train restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance
• Maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction through application of Restaurant and service standards
• Take responsibility for the scheduling of work and the appropriate allocation of duties to staff and will monitor performance, ensuring restaurant staff have good knowledge of services and products available to customers in order to maximize sales
• Report to Restaurants Manager / Café Manager and determine the difficulties and problems faced during the day and suggestion alternative solutions
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in the UAE
• Should be French and Arabic speaker
• Excellent communication skills
