Position Title: Floor Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage group in the Middle East

Job Description:
• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly
• Manage restaurant staffs’ schedule
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to ensure proper standard of hygiene and sanitation compliance
• Check dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
• Monitor the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to South African, Latin American, and Eastern European nationals
• 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
