Floor Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service flow, maintain high standards, and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient and quality service.
- Lead, motivate, and support floor staff to achieve performance targets.
- Manage guest relations by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and promotions.

- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
