Job description / Role

Floor Supervisor up to 6k Aed for a Luxury Golf Club in Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Implement, monitor, and control Food and Beverage Service operating standards
• Assist in the identification of food service training and development needs
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff
• Ensure that all outlet staff adhere to company dress and personal hygiene standards, and up to date food handlers’ cards
• Take immediate action to solve guest’s problems
• Ensure that the Club’s policies, procedures and rules are adhered to at all times
• Attend meetings and training courses as determined by the Food & Beverage management and the needs of the business
• Liaise with the Food & Beverage office regarding special events in and around the Club and assist as and when required

Requirements

• POSITION: Floor Supervisor
• SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all inclusive, depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Luxury Golf Club
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to European, South African, Moroccan, and Romanian
• Male/Female, 24 to 35 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma in High School or any related certification
• At least 2-3 years of similar work experience in FnB Service
• At least currently working as a team leader/head waiter
• Presentable personality and good communication skills
