About the Client:
The hiring company is the biggest flooring company in the region with showrooms throughout UAE & Oman, offering an extensive range of world-class flooring products from market-leading manufacturers, at affordable prices.
Job Role:
• Implement effective flooring solutions in consultation with the clients request
• Cleaning the work area of any debris or dust, removing existing flooring including carpet before installing the new one and to rectify any flooring issues
• Completing flooring installations while adhering to company protocols and observing standard safety guidelines
• Ensuring that the flooring materials are well-positioned, secure, and clean
• Recommend ways to improve workflow without sacrificing craftsmanship
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• With prior experience as a Flooring Installer for at least 3 years
• High school diploma or any relevant certifications
• Must be knowledgeable in subfloor preparation, laminating, levelling application, installing LVT and SPC
• Knowledge about different types of floorings like wood, tiles, vinyl plank, and others by using hand tools like hammer, measuring tape, and power tools like an electric saw, drilling machine, etc.
• Excellent eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
