Facilities Management Coordinator - Dubai, UAE
Our client, a multinational FM company are hiring in Dubai. They have a portfolio of blue chip global clients and manage services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Education, Health and Aviation.
They are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their Dubai operation. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of a team of FM workers delivering hard and soft services. Candidates should have experience in coordinating the day to day FM activities in a building, including MEP, cleaning, basic HSE and knowledge of FM contract management (SLA's; KPI's).They should have excellent spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship. Requirements
- Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
- High school qualification or above
- Experience dealing with day to day FM coordination/building management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good report writing skills
